All training courses are designed from agreed learning outcomes and targeted to deliver exactly what you require. We select and create appropriate materials for each course, including handouts and PowerPoint presentations.
We can deliver training either on-site at your company or at a convenient conference facility/hotel.
We focus on bringing the training to life for your delegates. We call this 3D training which incorporates translating relevant theories into practical applications and illustrating these with real-life examples from the delegates’ or trainer’s experience. We build case studies with delegates by using their real working experiences as practical examples.
All delegates leave the sessions with learning logs/action plans to implement in the workplace. We can facilitate the implementation of the learning through follow-up calls/sessions and in conjunction with your line managers.
Pre-course modules can be added to build foundation knowledge at the delegates’ own pace prior to the training session, so that we can spend time on the course developing their practical skills.
