Qualifications/experience:  Ruth has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).  She has over 20 years’ experience as a trainer and coach.

Background:  Ruth started her own training business in 1992. She has worked with companies large and small across Europe. Prior to running her own business she had a successful career in sales progressing to become Operations Manager for a franchise of a major recruitment company.

Ethos and approach:  Ruth has a passion for learning which translates into truly effective training sessions. Ruth’s approach is always very practical and highly participative. She likes to ensure her delegates enjoy the sessions and leave with practical tools and techniques to use in the workplace. She is able to ‘translate’ theory and big company methods into easy-to-apply tools and techniques.
